Web & Graphic Designer

Full-Time — Remote (UAE Timezone)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Web-focused Designer with strong graphic design fundamentals. You must be fast, organised, visually sharp, and able to deliver clean, modern layouts across multiple brands. The role is primarily Figma + Canva, supported by Illustrator/Photoshop when needed.

Core Responsibilities

• Design websites, landing pages, and UI components in Figma (clean structure, components, responsive layouts).
• Produce social graphics, event visuals, pitch deck assets, posters, and brand collateral in Canva and Illustrator.
• Apply consistent visual logic: spacing, hierarchy, typography, clean grids, and brand alignment.
• Select, edit, and enhance photos and basic video snippets when needed.
• Interpret briefs quickly, deliver fast drafts, and iterate efficiently.
• Maintain organised file systems and consistent design libraries across projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience in web + graphic design.
• Strong command of Figma (core skill).
• Strong command of Canva (fast execution).
• Working proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Ability to understand and apply brand systems across multiple projects.
• Outstanding English communication.
  
• Extremely fast, organised, reliable.

AI Tools (used for speed + ideation)

Should be comfortable using:

• Figma AI
• Canva AI / Magic Studio
• Nano Banana (image generation & editing)
• Midjourney (visual concepts)
• Luma Dream Machine or Runway (video/motion concepts)

(Use AI to accelerate, not replace judgement.)

Nice to Have

• Basic video editing (Premiere, CapCut, Descript)
• Basic motion design (After Effects, Lottie)
• Experience guiding photographers/videographers

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or equivalent experience.
