Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Institutional Sales Lead to drive our commercial growth with financial institutions, regulators, and enterprise clients. You will own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and qualification through to running meetings, delivering product demos, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
As a senior member of the commercial unit, you will help shape go-to-market strategy, bring market feedback into product development, and play a pivotal role in building long-term institutional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Pipeline Growth
- Identify, engage, and qualify institutional prospects across Web3 protocols, asset managers, VCs, regulators, and compliance/risk departments.
- Leverage outbound channels (LinkedIn, email, events, networks) and convert inbound marketing leads into qualified opportunities.
- Build and manage a robust, transparent pipeline within the CRM.
Client Engagement & Sales Execution
- Conduct discovery meetings to uncover prospect needs and align with Nodiens’ solutions.
- Deliver compelling, tailored demos in collaboration with Product Marketing.
- Lead contract negotiations, balancing client needs with business objectives.
- Drive opportunities through the funnel to successful close.
Collaboration & Market Intelligence
- Work closely with the Business Team on deal strategy and execution.
- Partner with Marketing on account-based strategies, messaging, and demo content.
- Provide structured client and market feedback to inform product roadmap and GTM strategy.
- Represent Nodiens at industry events, workshops, and webinars.
KPIs & Targets
- Achieve or exceed targets for qualified pipeline, meetings, demos, and closed deals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions and outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of B2B institutional sales in data intelligence, analytics, SaaS, fintech, or Web3.
- Proven success selling to financial institutions, regulators, or enterprise clients.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Experience delivering online and in-person product demos to senior stakeholders.
- Consistent track record of exceeding revenue and pipeline targets.
- Proficiency in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Brevo, ActiveCampaign) and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Finance, or Engineering.
- Knowledge of blockchain ecosystems, capital markets, or risk analytics.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Additional languages (German, French, Arabic) are a plus.
