Marketing & Events Manager
Role & Responsibilities
Exponential Science is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Marketing & Events Manager to own our communications, newsletter, social media presence, and event operations. You will be the connective tissue between our internal teams and the outside world — ensuring everything we publish is accurate, compelling, and on-brand. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who can move fast without cutting corners.
Communications & Social Media
– Monitor and track organisation activities to surface content opportunities
– Liaise with internal teams to gather materials, announcements, and updates for posting
– Fact-check and verify all outgoing content for accuracy and consistency
– Write news articles and blog posts; manage upload and publication on the website
– Own end-to-end social media posting across all channels
– Track LinkedIn and X activity; engage with relevant content, reply to comments, and reshare
Newsletter
– Collect bi-monthly organisational updates and curate relevant industry news
– Write, coordinate, and distribute the newsletter via Mailchimp, LinkedIn and Website
– Monitor industry trends and upcoming events to keep content timely and relevant
Event Coordination
– Identify, reach out to, and manage speakers throughout the full event lifecycle
– Drive partnerships external partnership outreach and discussions
– Drive attendee outreach and registration campaigns
– Handle end-to-end logistics including venue, catering, AV, and on-site coordination
– Oversee merchandise planning and production
– Manage event listings, email campaigns, and promotional activity via Luma and other platforms
Digital & Visuals
– Collect and prioritise website update requirements from internal stakeholders
– Keep website content accurate and up to date using Webflow CMS
– Brief and coordinate with graphic designers and videographers to deliver visual assets on time
Required Skills & Competencies
– Mastery of written English — clear, precise, and engaging across formats
– Strong technical literacy; comfortable with Mailchimp, Webflow CMS, Google Workspace, Canva, and Notion
– Thoughtful use of AI tools, balanced with genuine independent thinking and writing ability
– Exceptional attention to detail — you catch errors others miss and take fact-checking seriously
– Bachelor's degree minimum; Master's preferred
– At least 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in Web3 or an institutional environment
– Genuine passion for emerging technologies and the Web3 ecosystem
– Ability and willingness to travel within the EU for events
