About the role
We’re looking for an Education & Learning Programmes Manager to design and deliver high-impact learning programmes focused on emerging technologies such as blockchain, AI, and digital public infrastructure.
You’ll lead academy-style initiatives and pilots, creating practical, well-designed learning experiences for public-sector teams, executives, regulators, students, and career changers. This is a hands-on role combining learning design, technical content, and facilitation, with real-world impact.
What you’ll do
Education Programme & Curriculum Design
- Design and maintain end-to-end education programmes on emerging technologies for multiple audience segments (e.g. public sector, executives, regulators, students, career changers).
- Define clear learning outcomes, pathways, and course structures tailored to each audience.
- Develop curricula components including syllabi, session plans, case studies, labs, and capstone projects.
- Ensure content remains current, relevant, and aligned with organisational priorities.
Content Development & Thought Leadership
- Produce high-quality educational materials such as explainers, technical guides, exercises, and case studies.
- Translate complex technical concepts into accessible, policy- and practice-relevant learning content.
- Contribute to thought leadership outputs (briefs, blogs, playbooks, presentations) supporting education programmes and partnerships.
Teaching, Facilitation & Delivery
- Facilitate workshops, lectures, webinars, and train-the-trainer sessions (online and in person).
- Adapt delivery style and depth for different audiences (e.g. hands-on sessions vs strategic briefings).
- Support guest lecturers and subject-matter experts with preparation materials and facilitation guidance.
- Gather participant feedback and use insights to improve programme quality.
Learning Platforms & Educational Technology
- Set up and administer learning management systems (e.g. Moodle, Canvas or equivalent).
- Configure courses, enrolments, assessments, and completion criteria for different programme types.
- Track engagement, completion, and learning outcomes using basic learning analytics.
Partnerships & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners (e.g. public institutions, universities, training providers).
- Support the identification, onboarding, and coordination of lecturers, trainers, and delivery partners.
- Contribute education expertise to partnership discussions, pilots, and programme launches.
Quality, Standards & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure programmes align with relevant ethical, accessibility, and data-protection standards.
- Regularly review and update content to reflect changes in technology, regulation, and best practice.
- Maintain clear documentation and version control for learning materials.
What we’re looking for
Must-have
- 5–8+ years in education programme design, learning & development, or developer education
- Strong working knowledge of emerging technologies (e.g. blockchain, AI, digital systems)
- Experience designing and delivering learning for mixed technical and non-technical audiences
- Confident facilitator (online and in-person)
- Solid understanding of adult learning and instructional design
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English
Nice to have
- Experience with governments, public sector, universities, NGOs, or multilaterals
- Exposure to executive education or regulator training
- Experience with LMS platforms and learning analytics
- Additional languages (Arabic, French, Spanish, Portuguese)
Why join
- Work on globally relevant education programmes with real societal impact
- High autonomy and ownership in shaping learning initiatives
- Fully remote, international environment
- Opportunity to build and scale academy-style programmes across regions
