About the Speaker

‍Dr Owen Vaughan is a London-based research scientist and clean Bitcoin advocate. He is the founder of Bitroots and is dedicated to exploring Bitcoin’s transformative potential in energy and financial markets. Previously, he led an industrial research team focused on scaling Bitcoin, and his academic work centred on string theory and algebraic geometry. He has authored 18 papers and holds over 30 patents.
