About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Operations Manager to join our team for a fintech startup focused on the Americas region, providing digital financial services designed for the region’s specific needs. You will play a crucial role in designing and automating processes to make a seamless customer experience work

You will take care of establishing process documentations and compliant procedures, ensuring efficient functioning of end-to-end procedures of modern architected business.

Responsibilities

• Define and document operational processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee regulatory adherence and risk management procedures.
• Implement intelligent automation for seamless transaction processing and customer onboarding.
• Maintain and update documentation for internal processes and regulatory needs.
• Train staff on operational protocols, security measures, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

• +5 year experience in fintech operations and process management
• Good knowledge of financial regulations and fintech compliance requirements.
• Experience with process automation tools, AI and workflow optimization.
• Strong documentation and training skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to streamline operations.
• Analytical mindset to drive process improvements.

• Excellent proficiency in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
