Unibright
Unibright is a German software development company founded in 2017 specializing in enterprise blockchain solutions. Its mission is to simplify distributed ledger technology (DLT) integration for businesses.
The core of Unibright's offering is the Unibright Framework, a "no-code" platform that enables the visual design and automated generation of smart contracts and other blockchain-based business logic. The firm also offers Unibright ONE, a service platform that synchronizes data across various blockchains and legacy IT systems. Another key component of Unibright’s operations is Baseledger, a public, council-governed blockchain that is designed for enterprise-grade performance and data privacy.
In 2021, Unibright integrated the Hedera Token Service (HTS) into its Freequity platform, a 360-degree solution for tokenization that includes issuance, regulatory compliance, and liquidity services. This integration allows Unibright's enterprise clients to issue and manage tokens on the Hedera network, taking advantage of its high throughput, low and predictable fees, robust security, and enterprise-grade infrastructure.

The IBM Blockchain Platform was a short-term funding and technology project involving the Hedera blockchain network. While this specific project has evolved into an ongoing enterprise blockchain strategy, IBM remains intrinsically involved with the Hedera network as a member of the Hedera Governing Council.
This position provides IBM with a direct voice and vote in the governance of the Hedera public network, influencing its technical roadmap, policies, and overall strategic direction. As a council member, IBM also contributes to the network's operational integrity by running a consensus node.
This engagement with Hedera allows IBM to participate, offer insights and contribute to advancements which align with its broader interests in advancing enterprise-grade distributed ledger solutions (DLT). This involvement complements IBM's extensive work with permissioned blockchains and strengthens the partnership between Hedera and the broader technology industry while providing a holistic perspective on the evolving blockchain landscape for IBM’s global enterprise clients.

Quarter Homes is a real estate technology company that modernizes vacation home ownership through a fractional, co-ownership model. It aims to make owning a second home more accessible and affordable by allowing up to four parties to collectively purchase and own a property. Quarter Homes manages the entire lifecycle of the property, including all legal, financial, and property management complexities, to provide a seamless, hassle-free experience.
The company’s innovative model incorporates the Hedera blockchain network, which underpins its operational framework. For each property, a unique LLC is established, and the legal ownership interest is divided into fractions represented as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) on the Hedera Token Service (HTS). This provides each owner with a verifiable, digital proof of ownership.
Quarter Homes leverages the Hedera Consensus Service (HCS) to create a transparent and immutable log of all activities associated with the property. This includes governance, maintenance activities and scheduling, ensuring all parties have a trusted and shared view of the property's status and history.

Dead Pixels Ghost Club (DPGC) is a community-focused non-fungible token (NFT) project built on the Hedera blockchain network. It features distinct hand-crafted pixel art consisting of 10,000 unique "ghost" NFTs which are released to the public in phased drops.
The DPGC platform leverages the energy-efficient and low-fee Hedera blockchain network for minting and trading its collectible NFTs. The project actively fosters interaction among its members through various events, including creative contests and story-writing competitions, encouraging holders to develop narratives for their ghostly collectibles.
DPGC collectibles are available on secondary Hedera-based marketplaces including SentX allowing users to further engage in expanded community showcases. The project has also inspired tools such as the "Dead Pixel Ghost Tab," a Chrome extension that displays a random ghost NFT with every new browser tab.
Rather than gaming or competition, the focus of Dead Pixels Ghost Club is on its art, collectibility, and community “spirit.”

Hashport is an interoperability solution designed to connect the Hedera network with other major blockchain ecosystems and enable the transfer of digital assets across distributed ledgers. It functions as a public utility, facilitating bidirectional token bridging, which allows users to move assets from one network to another.
The platform supports connections between the Hedera blockchain network and other prominent blockchains such as Ethereum, Polygon, and BNB Chain. The process involves users locking their original assets on the source chain to facilitate “porting” of newly-minted, wrapped versions of the original asset to the destination chain. Upon retrieval, the ported asset version is burned on the destination network thus unlocking the original tokens on their native chain.
Hashport utilizes a consortium of independent and reputable validators verify and authorize transactions in order to ensure end-to-end security. These validators monitor events on the connected chains to ensure the integrity of the bridging process. By enabling seamless cross-chain transfers, Hashport plays a vital role in expanding the reach of decentralized applications (dApps) and assets within the Hedera ecosystem.
