Emtech is a financial technology company that provides a full-stack Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) platform for central banks and other financial regulators. Its purpose is to equip its clients with tools to issue their own digital currencies and to empower these institutions to lead innovation in financial services while ensuring regulatory compliance and stability.
The company’s offerings are centered around two key products. The first is its CBDC Core Solution, which provides the underlying technology for a central bank to mint, distribute, and manage a digital currency. The second is its innovative Digital Regulatory Sandbox, a controlled environment where fintechs and other financial service providers can build and test new applications using the CBDC, all under the direct oversight of the regulator. This collaborative approach helps bridge the gap between innovators and policymakers.
Emtech has a significant partnership with Hedera, having announced that its CBDC platform is built on the Hedera public ledger. By leveraging Hedera's high-throughput, secure, and low-energy network, Emtech can offer central banks a highly resilient and auditable infrastructure for their digital currency operations.

Jewel Bank is a Bermuda-based financial institution focused on bridging fiat banking with digital asset infrastructure through its proprietary stablecoin and banking service solutions. It has full TradFi banking and digital asset business licenses from the Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA) and is the first dedicated digital asset bank in the area to receive both licenses.
Its primary clients are non-US digital asset firms including exchanges, institutional investors, and OTC trading firms. Jewel Bank offers a full suite of banking services including business checking and deposit accounts, wire transfers, fiat on and off ramps, and digital asset custody.
Jewel Bank also issues its own US dollar-backed stablecoin, Jewel USD ($JUSD). This is a fully-reserved stablecoin offering transparency through regular reserve updates and banking-as-a-service offerings via API as well as cryptocurrency-collateralized lending.
The firm is currently developing stablecoins-as-a-service solutions alongside its real-time settlement network, "Jewel Settle," which offers instant settlements for cross-bank transactions conducted by Jewel Bank customers.

SaucerSwap is a decentralized exchange (DEX) and automated market maker (AMM) protocol built on the Hedera blockchain network. It provides permissionless swapping services for Hedera Token Service (HTS) tokens.
The platform allows users to trade between Hedera-based assets and enables users to become liquidity providers by depositing HTS tokens into liquidity pools where they earn a share of the trading fees generated by those pools. Additionally, it offers yield farming programs which allow liquidity providers to stake LP tokens for further rewards.
SaucerSwap has its own native asset, the SAUCE token, which is used for platform governance through a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) as well as for staking and incentivizing liquidity. The platform aims to be a foundational component of the DeFi landscape on Hedera by providing essential infrastructure for token exchange and liquidity services to the network's users and developers. It also prioritizes user and network security through decentralized management and third-party security audits for smart contracts.

HLiquity is a decentralized borrowing protocol built and deployed on the Hedera blockchain network. It offers users a method to take out loans against their HBAR collateral and enables HBAR holders to access liquidity in the form of a USD-pegged stablecoin without selling held HBAR assets.
The core mechanism allows users to deposit HBAR into a smart contract to mint the protocol's stablecoin to obtain interest-free loans with a one-time borrowing fee. HLiquity operates on a system of over-collateralization, requiring borrowers to maintain a collateral ratio above a specified minimum to secure their debt.
A key component of the protocol is the Stability Pool, where users can deposit the HLiquity-issued stablecoin. These deposits are used to absorb debt from liquidated positions, and Stability Pool providers are compensated with a share of the liquidated HBAR collateral. HLiquity aims to provide a capital-efficient and censorship-resistant borrowing solution within the Hedera DeFi ecosystem.
