It also offers users the option to provide liquidity to the platform for the purpose of earning premiums from those seeking protection. Union’s state-of-the-art protocol has integrated capabilities built to secure multi-layer risks across smart contracts and protocols in a single-stop scalable system.

Union Finance’s platform offers distinct products to address different risk scenarios. These include C-OP (collateral optimization and volatility protection), a service aimed at mitigating the risks associated with holding cryptocurrencies over extended periods, and U-CDS (Union crypto default swaps), which provide protection against specific adverse events such as smart contract exploits and oracle attacks.

The firm’s services are targeted towards individuals and entities involved in the DeFi space who require tools to safeguard their investments and strategies over both short and long-term programs.

Union Finance has established a range of partnerships across the blockchain and DeFi ecosystem, including UniLend, Waves, Avalanche, BlockScience, Kleros, and Router, as well as the Hedera blockchain network.

HGraph Punks NFT

HGraph Punks is a non-fungible token (NFT) project built on the Hedera network under developer Turtle Moon. It has been active in the HBAR NFT space since 2021. The project draws thematic inspiration from the widely recognized pixelated "Punks" style of profile picture (PFP) collectibles.

A significant feature of HGraph Punks is its point system that utilizes the Hedera Consensus Service (HCS). This system enables mainnet-auditable leaderboards, with points directly linked to the NFTs. This allows holders to earn, track, and engage in a competitive and transparent manner. The project also supports NFT staking, where users can stake their HGraph Punks to accumulate points.

HGraph Punks and its parent entity, Turtle Moon, actively contribute to the Hedera ecosystem through community endeavors and the development of open-source Hedera Consensus Service (HCS) tools. Additionally, HGraph Punks has collaborated on community-focused initiatives such as "Liftoff," presented as a virtual music venue and social environment within the Hedera ecosystem.

Safe Health Systems

Safe Health Systems is a digital health and connected diagnostics company. In collaboration with Mayo Clinic, Safe Health developed the SAFE platform. The company's mission is to empower individuals, private-sector organizations, and governments with technology that facilitates decentralized care models and improves patient outcomes on a large scale.

The company provides a comprehensive Connected Care Platform that enables the rapid deployment of specialized digital health applications. Key services include integrated at-home and point-of-care diagnostic testing, remote patient monitoring, and telehealth experiences. The platform is designed for interoperability, allowing it to connect with and integrate siloed health data from various systems, including Electronic Health Records (EHRs). Safe Health also developed HealthCheck, a smartphone and desktop app.

The company utilizes the Hedera Consensus Service (HCS) to create an immutable and verifiable log of patient information and unique health identifiers. This integration allows Safe Health to provide a high level of trust and data integrity for all stakeholders. By logging events and health records on the Hedera network, Safe Health can cryptographically prove the authenticity of data in real-time while preserving patient privacy, meeting regulatory compliance standards like HIPAA, and ensuring a secure foundation for its digital health solutions.

Tune.FM

Tune.FM is a decentralized music streaming platform and NFT marketplace built on the Hedera network. It’s designed to upend and modernize the music industry's traditional compensation model. Its core mission is to enable transparent, secure, and instant artist payments while fostering direct connections with fan communities.

The Tune.FM platform is built on the Hedera blockchain network and utilizes the Hedera Token Service (HTS) for its native JAM token ($JAM), which relies on embedded Hedera features to facilitate real-time micropayments for artists, who are compensated for every second their music is streamed.

Tune.FM’s "play-to-earn" model features high speed processing with comparatively low fees, thus potentially allowing artists to retain a significantly greater portion of their earnings when compared to traditional streaming platforms.

Beyond streaming, Tune.FM features an integrated NFT marketplace where artists can mint and sell digital music collectibles including songs, albums, artwork, and exclusive fan experiences such as backstage passes via JAM tokens. For listeners, Tune.FM offers a platform for new music discovery, direct artist interactions and support, and a way to earn JAM tokens through fan engagement.

Content Authenticity Initiative

The Content Authenticity Initiative (CAI) is a cross-industry community founded in 2019 by Adobe, The New York Times, and Twitter to combat digital misinformation and provide a verifiable layer of trust for online content. With a rapidly growing membership of over 4,000, the CAI brings together technology companies, media organizations, and civil society to develop open-source tools and standards that promote transparency and give creators credit for their work.

The primary service of the CAI is the development and promotion of Content Credentials, an open-source technology that functions like a "nutrition label" for digital media. This system allows creators to attach secure, tamper-evident metadata to their content, creating a verifiable record of its origin, authorship, and edit history. This provenance data is cryptographically signed and remains with the content as it is shared and modified. The technical specifications for Content Credentials are developed by the Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity (C2PA), a standards development organization co-founded by Adobe.
