Neuron is a London-based company founded in 2019 that is building decentralised infrastructure for machine-to-machine (M2M) commerce. The company's vision is to create a secure and transparent ecosystem where autonomous devices, such as drones and AI agents, can directly discover, connect, and transact with each other without the need for centralised intermediaries.
Neuron's core product is a decentralised service network (DSN). This infrastructure includes a lightweight software development kit (SDK) that allows any machine, from a cloud server to a low-power device, to be onboarded as a "node." The platform also features an Explorer for nodes to discover each other, a Validator network to enforce service level agreements and machine reputation, and a system for automated, token-based payments. A primary use case is 4DSKY, a decentralized air traffic management system for drones, which has been successfully trialed with the UK government.
Neuron's entire platform is built on the Hedera network. It utilises Hedera's fast, secure, and low-cost distributed ledger technology as the foundational trust layer for its DSN. Specifically, Neuron uses Hedera's Consensus and Token Services for several key functions: to log and timestamp flight data from drones, to enable secure M2M payments.

The Coupon Bureau is a non-profit, industry-managed organization established to modernize the coupon industry by creating a centralized data exchange for all stakeholders. The organization's primary mission is to combat coupon fraud, an issue estimated to cost the industry hundreds of millions of dollars annually, while also improving efficiency and the consumer experience.
At the heart of The Coupon Bureau's work is the development and implementation of the new Universal Coupon standard, also known as AI (8112). This new standard replaces the outdated barcode system with a more secure, serialized format for both digital and paper coupons. This allows for real-time validation of every coupon at the point of sale, effectively eliminating counterfeiting and ensuring that each coupon is used only once, as intended by the manufacturer. The platform, known as the Universal Positive Offer File, serves as this central repository for all coupon data, connecting manufacturers, retailers, and consumers in a seamless ecosystem.
The Coupon Bureau utilizes the Hedera Consensus Service (HCS) to create a tamper-proof, auditable log of every coupon's lifecycle. Each time a coupon is created, distributed, or redeemed, a transaction is recorded on the Hedera public ledger.
Chainabuse is a community-powered scam reporting platform operated by blockchain intelligence company, TRM Labs. It was launched in 2022 to give users a means to report and track fraudulent activity across the crypto ecosystem. The platform's mission is to make the digital economy a safer place by providing a centralized and public forum for sharing information about scams, hacks, and other malicious activities.
The core service of Chainabuse is a free-to-use, multi-chain reporting tool. It allows anyone to submit reports on illicit activities, including malicious crypto addresses, websites, and social media accounts. These reports are made public in a searchable database, creating a valuable resource for the community to proactively check for potential threats before engaging in transactions. By consolidating reports and enabling users to contribute additional information, Chainabuse helps to identify and expose larger fraud networks.
Chainabuse is a founding Hedera partner. Its platform supports the reporting of scams on the Hedera network, allowing users to flag malicious activity involving HBAR or other Hedera-based assets. This provides a critical layer of security for the Hedera community, enabling users to make more informed decisions and helping to protect the ecosystem from bad actors.
WiPay is a financial technology company based in the Caribbean, founded in 2016. It’s dedicated to driving financial inclusion by providing a secure and accessible platform for online payments, bridging the gap between traditional banking services and the large unbanked population in the region.
